There are two ways to use this MLS Lisings tool. 1. Type in or select your criteria on the MLS Search Form on the left and submit search. Or 2. Move your cursor to a green dot on the map on the right and click on it to be taken to all properties in that area. The properties are represented by green house icons. You will need to use the zoom feature on the map to see the little house icons pop up. This can be achieved by continuing to click on the green dot until they pop up or by using the zoom tool on the top of the map. The map feature is best used if you know a specific area of town, a particular neighborhood, or street you are interested in moving to. Using a combination of both the left side search form and the right side map options will give you the ability to narrow your search to exactly the parameters you require. Putting your cursor on each house icon on the map will give you a snapshot of that listing and a quick summary of the property.
