Well first off, I understand that buying or selling a home is much more than just a real estate transaction for you: it’s a life-changing experience that involves a huge amount of money and can be a very stressful time in your life. When choosing your Ann Arbor Realtor, you want to make sure they have sufficient experience handling the hundreds of intricate details of a sale or purchase: and possess extraordinary knowledge of the local real estate scene.

Since 2004, I have helped hundreds of families with their buying and selling needs. I’ve lived in the Ann Arbor since 1988, and have an intimate knowledge of all of Ann Arbor’s best communities and neighborhoods. My three children, who were all born and raised here, and were all pupils of the Ann Arbor Public School System. My wife, Nancy, and I, always felt so fortunate that we were blessed with such an amazing community in which to raise our family in.

  • My previous career as a Licensed Custom Builder and Contractor can be a real benefit my clients as well-especially my buyer clients who are looking at new construction options or a remodeling project. 
  • Although I’m not actively engaged in building homes any longer-my 25+ years’ experience and contacts in the home construction industry is a benefit 99% of my competition cannot offer you.
  • One last item to consider: do you want to be represented by a ‘Big Team or Mega Agent’ that will immediately delegate you to one of their “assistants or buyer specialist?” Or would you prefer an agent like myself-who prides himself on superior, one-on-one, personalized service to you?
  • I purposely keep my practice limited to a set amount of clients and business. (Think Nimble/Responsive Boutique Style Agency) I’m not interested in conquering the real estate world by selling gazillions of dollars of property. That would-be ego-centric-not customer-centric.
  • I do have a team of great people that I delegate many of the mundane tasks involved with a transaction to. But, when you hire me you have my solemn promise… that you will never be delegated. Never!
