Just wanted to relate to you what a commendable job of marketing my home Steve Wickland did. I interviewed several other Ann Arbor real estate agents from your competition and I was not all that impressed with them. Steve had a very detailed marketing plan like none I had seen before that was very impressive. My wife and I have bought and sold 18 homes over the years, so for us to be impressed is saying a lot.
Steve kept us informed every step of the way and really followed through with all of the details. When the buyer's agent was not too punctual about getting the required documents to us at the agreed upon date, Steve was right there calling them to find out why we did not have them and when they would be delivered to us. Also, we appreciated the way Steve went the extra mile for us. The buyer's inspector found several vents in the attic that were blocked with insulation that had to be removed as a condition of the sale. Instead of me paying someone a couple hundred dollars to go up in the attic to remove the insulation, Steve went up there himself and took care of the problem. I dare say, not many Ann Arbor Realtors would have done that.
In closing, we were very pleased with our experience with Steve Wickland andwe will definitely recommend himwhenever we can.
