How do you choose a great Realtor?

Imagine that you needed to select an attorney, physician, accountant or other professional . You'd want that person to be one of the best at what they do. You would also want someone you felt was looking out for your best interests at all times. It's called doing your due diligence. All intelligent people operate by this principle.

The same due diligence should apply to choosing your Realtor. Especially your Realtor. Since they will be assisting you with your largest financial asset.  You want to make sure they have sufficient experience handling the hundreds of intricate details of a sale or purchase, and possess extraordinary knowledge of the local real estate scene.

Your Realtor should care about you as a person too. And not look at you as just another commission check. Are they sincere when it comes to looking out for your interests-while putting their interest on the back-burner?

A great Realtor will only want what's best for you.

Well, I understand that buying or selling a home is much more than just a real estate transaction for you. It’s a life-changing experience that involves a huge amount of money. And it can be a very stressful time in your life. I want your home-buying or selling experience to be a great one with me. My success only happens when you are 100% satisfied.

So, all my energies are directed at making that happen. Am I am perfect? No. Do I drop the ball occasionally? Of course-I'm only human. But the fact that I am driven to providing the best service and customer experience possible to should make choosing me as your Realtor and trusted Adviser, one of the best decisions you could ever make.
